Linirgor Oops I Did It Again At Millanza
As a child I grew up with Rough Collies which my mum and dad bred and showed. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed going to shows and playing with the puppies, little did I know that this would become my way of life in the future….
My first Golden was Toby a very handsome Stanroph boy who came along shortly after I was married in 1992. Toby came everywhere with me, he was my constant shadow and I totally adored him. Toby lived to a good age of almost 14 years and when he passed in 2005 I was completely devastated! It wasn’t long before I realised I needed another Golden in my life so after a lot of research to find lines similar to Toby’s my heart led me to Linirgor, to whom I will be forever grateful!!
Cooper was my next Golden (Linirgor Tru Luv). I waited so patiently for his lovely mum Stella to be mated and then April 2006 our Easter puppy arrived. Cooper was an extremely handsome boy and a real handful as a youngster! Cooper came everywhere with us, he was a completely different character to Toby but loved equally!! Unfortunately when I separated from my husband in 2009 I lost the fight to keep him so he lives with my ex-husband in Cheshire.
And this is where my life changes forever….
After seperating from my husband at the end of 2009 and returning home to Stevenage, heartbroken at losing Cooper, I contacted Linsey & Irene Dunbar of Linirgor. It so happens that Linsey had a little girl of 12 weeks that she had run on but was letting go. My mum decided she would like a Golden for herself or so she had me believe and so a week or two before Christmas we made the long journey up to Scotland to collect Millie ‘Linirgor Oops I Did It Again’. It was love at first sight and all the way home this little girl cuddled and gazed at me. We are inseparable and needless to say she was not for my mum and the rest you can say is History…..
Millie is my first show dog and she has done incredibly well in the ring at both Open and Championship level, surpassing my expectations!! At our first show Millie was 2nd in a very large puppy class, our first rossette - I was hooked! Millie is the kindest, sweetest, intelligent girl you could wish for, she has truly changed my life and I will always be grateful to Linsey and Irene Dunbar for trusting me with this very special girl.
When not in the ring my girls love to go for long walks, get very muddy and sleep on the sofa. My affix was granted this year and is a combination of Millie, Angell (my maiden name) and Zara.
